Christian Marchetti

South Australian-based Christian Marchetti is the co-founder of Front Page Football. Christian relaunched the platform in November 2020 as our Owner and Editor and is most interested in the unique stories Australian football offers. He enjoys writing detailed opinion pieces and spotlighting grassroots projects. He has interviewed figures such as Michael Marrone, Michael Valkanis, Pacifique Niyongabire, and Australian coach Matt Ross. Through his A-Leagues accreditation, Christian covers Adelaide United. He also covered the Matildas and most of the matches at Hindmarsh Stadium throughout the FIFA Women’s World Cup. He is a commentator for Football South Australia. Christian also hosts the Front Page Football Podcast, which has featured several prominent guests at all levels of Australian football. He is completing a Bachelor of Journalism and Professional Writing at the University of South Australia.
