Juric’s match-winning cameo

The Juric brothers returned to action in the Slovenian PrvaLiga as FC Koper edged past Radomlje 2-1. Deni Juric started the match before being replaced by his older brother, Tomi Juric, who made an immediate impact.

Coming off the bench, Tomi fired home twice in a sensational 21-minute cameo, turning the game in Koper’s favour.

With both brothers playing key roles, Koper will look to build on their momentum in the weeks ahead.

Carter keeps delivering

Anthony Carter continued his fine form in Portugal, scoring the decisive goal in Alverca’s 2-1 victory over Leiria in Liga Portugal 2.

The in-form striker has 12 goals across his last 19 league matches, further cementing his importance to Alverca’s promotion push.

His consistent performances have made him one of the standout Aussies playing in a European second division this season.

Aussies run the show in India

Mohun Bagan stormed to a dominant 4-0 win over Mohammedan SC, with their Australian contingent playing a starring role.

Dimitri Petratos found the net, while Jason Cummings provided two assists in a creative masterclass. Jamie Maclaren also got in on the action, supplying an assist of his own as Mohun Bagan extended their lead at the top of the Indian Super League to nine points.

With their attacking trio firing, the Kolkata giants look set to continue their charge towards the league title.

Deng earns Marinos leadership role

Thomas Deng has been named one of Yokohama F. Marinos’ vice-captains following his recent move from Albirex Niigata.

The appointment highlights the respect Deng has quickly earned at the J1 League giants as he prepares to play a key role for the side.

The 26-year-old defender, known for his leadership and composure, will look to establish himself as a mainstay in the heart of Marinos’ backline this season.

League One Aussies make an impact

Joe Gauci enjoyed a solid debut for Barnsley in EFL League One, keeping a clean sheet in their 0-0 draw against Burton Albion. The former Adelaide United goalkeeper made key stops to ensure his side earned a point.

Elsewhere, Sam Silvera made an instant impact for Blackpool, scoring in a 29-minute cameo as his side played out a 2-2 draw with Ashley Maynard-Brewer’s Charlton Athletic.

The attacking midfielder’s sharp finishing adds another dimension to Blackpool’s frontline as they push for a strong second half of the season.

Triantis on target again for Hibs

Nectarios Triantis found the net again for Hibernian as the Edinburgh side secured a 2-0 victory over Aberdeen in the Scottish Premiership.

The youngster has continued to impress since his loan move, adding a goal to his solid defensive performance. He was joined on the pitch by fellow Aussies Martin Boyle, Lewis Miller, and Jack Iredale, all of whom played their part in the win.

Boyle’s attacking presence, Miller’s work rate at full-back, and Iredale’s stability in defence helped Hibs pick up another crucial three points as they push for a European spot.

Bos strikes in relegation battle

Jordan Bos made a crucial contribution in Belgium, scoring in Westerlo’s 2-1 win over Kortrijk.

The victory lifts Westerlo to 13th in the Belgian Pro League, now just one point from safety as they battle to avoid relegation.

Bos, who has four goals and three assists across 17 games this season, has been a key figure in their fight for survival, with his goal further underlining his growing influence at the club.

NAC Breda's Aussie lynchpin

Max Balard has been a rock in NAC Breda’s midfield this season, playing an integral role in their Eredivisie campaign.

The Australian has started every league match, averaging 89 minutes per game—a testament to his consistency, durability, and importance to the team.

His ability to dictate play from midfield has made him a crucial presence as NAC Breda battles to establish themselves in the Dutch top flight.
